Most likely the firewall (CSF?) on protected host blocks filter IP addresses due to a large number of requests.
If you are the administrator, please disable the firewall or whitelist the filter IP's.

that is very har dto do as the attack sizes are too big to leave on cn2 link. they don't allow burst
cn2 forces you to purchase all the capacity
for cn2 anythign over 10Gbps will go to vox. some carriers we can adjust for but for cn2 they won't let us have any burst room.
with Level3 we have 100Gbps link and only pay for what we use over 10Gbps
for cn2 we can use only 10Gbps
